Beside Still Waters Ministries

Christine is a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Music, Summa Cum Laude graduate of Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, Virginia and a Master of Arts in Church Leadership, with concentrations in Congregational Music & Worship and in Spiritual Formation, graduate of Eastern Mennonite Seminary in Harrisonburg, Virginia.       She was the Minister of Music and Youth for 4 1/2 years at Faith United Methodist Church in Twinsburg, Ohio, where she played organ and piano for their traditional service and led the praise team from the piano for their contemporary service.  She also began having a musical portion of the youth group meetings.  Currently, as part of Beside Still Waters Ministries, she is playing the keyboard for First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls’ Saturday evening contemporary service, and she is assisting the Music Director of Eastwood Church of the Brethren in Akron, Ohio with the Sunday morning service. Starting January 1, 2008, Christine will be the music minister at Faith United Methodist Church of Brimfield, Ohio.     Christine had the priviledge of singing in the worship team for the Aldersgate Conference on the Holy Spirit in 2005, and she has gone through the training to be a team member for Aldersgate Renewal Ministries’ Worship in Spirit and Truth seminar.  Soon she will also be assistant Worship Leader for a Life In The Spirit seminar, which is also through Aldersgate Renewal Ministries.  Christine is also very involved with Chrysalis, a youth retreat similar to the Walk to Emmaus through the Upper Room, and has served in several team positions, including Music Director, and has served on the Northeast Ohio Chrysalis board.
